Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 33gk. The terms and conditions ("Terms") described on this page apply to the use of all services, games, and content on the 33gk platform. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 33gk platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

21+ Only

To use the 33gk platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
Online betting must not be legally prohibited in the country or region from which the account is operated.
Accurate and complete personal information must have been provided at the time of registration.
Only one account is operated under the same person's name.
You are not currently undergoing a self-exclusion process.

Use of 33gk by minors is strictly prohibited. If any user opens an account by concealing their age with false information, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

Information Required at Registration

To open a 33gk account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If any false or misleading information is found, the account will be cancelled.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials completely confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A person may operate only one account on 33gk. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and related bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. This rule applies to the creation of multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

Identity Verification (KYC)

33gk complies with Bangladesh regulations and conducts identity verification as part of operating a secure platform. The following documents may be requested for verification:

Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. 33gk may request additional verification information at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if satisfactory information is not provided.

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka)
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka)
Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is pending.

Anti-Money Laundering

33gk is committed to preventing financial crime. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Attempting to withdraw deposited funds directly without wagering them in games may be considered suspicious activity and may require account verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000 at 33gk. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

Wagering Requirements

To receive the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

If all bonus-related conditions are not met, any withdrawal request involving bonus funds will be rejected. 33gk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
Using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent the intent of bonus offers is prohibited.
If bonus abuse is suspected, 33gk may forfeit the bonus without any compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Gaming Policy

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
33gk will not be held responsible if a bet is cancelled due to a technical error.
Any winnings resulting from a faulty game will be considered void.

Sports Betting

If an event is cancelled after a bet has been confirmed, the original stake will be refunded.
If a match ends in a draw, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.
If evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent means of winning is found, all related winnings will be voided.
Where live betting is offered, the specific terms and conditions of each event apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gk platform:

Betting using software, bots, or automated methods.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
Attempting to profit through collusion or match-fixing.
Attempting to access another user's account.
Submitting false or altered documents.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate closure of the account and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program & Cashback

Bronze Tier

Weekly cashback up to 0.3%. This tier is accessible through regular play.

Silver Tier

Weekly cashback up to 0.5%. You can advance to Silver through more activity than the Bronze tier.

Gold Tier

Weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Consistent and significant activity is required to receive the highest benefits.

VIP tier determination is entirely at the discretion of 33gk. Cashback is calculated based on net losses each week and is generally paid at the end of the week. Cashback amounts and payment timing may vary, and 33gk reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Closure by 33gk

In any of the following circumstances, 33gk may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

Violation of these Terms.
Providing false information during registration.
Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or deceptive activity.
On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
Due to prolonged inactivity.

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 33gk support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the related bonus will be forfeited.

Limitations of Liability

33gk is not liable for the following:

Losses caused by internet connection issues or faults with the user's own device.
Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (including payment processors).
Service disruptions due to causes beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).
Any loss arising from sharing one's own account information with others.

In any circumstance, 33gk's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the deposit currently in your account.

Changes to Terms

33gk reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
